Community Programs
A significant component of the Jacksonville Aviation Authority's Strategic Plan is to create and foster a highly committed customer-focused culture. One means of attaining that goal is to have a vital community outreach program in place. This program establishes ways to communicate, educate and inform our stakeholders about their airport system and its impact on the community and region.

Contact the Marketing & Community Programs Manager at (904) 741-3714, for information about any of these programs.

Holiday Music Program

Imagine coming to the airport during the busy holiday season and being greeted by the joyful sound of children's voices singing familiar holiday tunes. For two weeks in December, the JAA invites local elementary, middle, and high schools to bring their student choirs and/or bands to the central courtyard area to entertain passengers hurrying to catch their planes, or arriving for a holiday visit.
